Milhaus represents Trinity Metals in their recent expansion
Posted on June 23, 2011 by Gregg Donaldson
Milhaus Realty represented Trinity Metals in the purchase of a 120,000sf warehouse located at 6400 English Avenue on Indianapolis’s Eastside. The building was purchased on May 19th from Realty Southwest Limited Partnership. The seller was represented by Mark Writt of CBRE Indianapolis. Trinity will be restoring and renovating the property with plans to bring approximately 50 new jobs to the long vacant site. Trinity Metals is an international wholesales, processor, and trading company specializing in purchasing, processing, and selling non-ferrous metals, specialty metals and e-scrap. The company adheres to a business model of complete recycling, instead of just being a stepping-stone to landfills. You can learn more about them here. The company also has offices in Chicago, Los Angeles and Houston. Milhaus hopes the expansion of Trinity in this Indianapolis neighborhood will help promote more economic development and redevelopment in the area.
